If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the cleaning service.
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning services, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and make things right. If you are still not satisfied, we will provide a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
As a cleaning service provider, we do not accept returns of our services. However, if you have any concerns about the quality of our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
